Uversa International was founded in 1997 to tackle the lack of technology use in the business travel industry. Starting by placing the NBTA Hotel RFP form on the web, we were able to streamline the bid process for our clients. In 1998 Uversa International was incorporated. The founders of Uversa, Sean Shelton and Jo Ann Baynes, formed the company with a unique and powerful combination of Technology and Travel Management expertise.
